Job Description
Based in Paris, you will be integrated within the Corporate Finance team and support our advisory team on transactions and marketing/sourcing initiatives.
Your assignments will include:
- Conducting in-depth industry and market research in respect of target clients and transaction opportunities.
- Preparing pitch-books and presentations, including individual company strategic and financial analysis, to support the senior team on client development.
- Building financial models and valuation including DCF, LBO, etc.
- Participating in every step of buy/sell-side/financing process (review of due diligence reports, redaction of documentation and information packs for client meetings, dataroom management, etc.).
- Taking an active part in client meetings and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in the field of corporate finance, ideally with a first significant experience of 2 to 5 years’ experience in M&A or closely related field (Investment Banking, Private Equity or Transaction Services), preferably within the mid-market sector.
- Solid technical knowledge (modelling and valuation skills).
- Outstanding analytical and quantitative capabilities.
- High attention to detail.
- French mother tongue or bilingual as French is the main working language both verbally and in writing. Excellent command of/fluency in English given our significant level of cross-border work.
- Open-minded candidates with a demonstrated sense of initiative, creativity, and team spirit.
- Proven team-working skills.
- Ability to cope with significant workload and time constraints

- Construction of financial models and company valuations, including DCF, LBO models, etc ;

Job description:
Based in Paris, you will join the Corporate Finance team and work more specifically for the Financing Department.
Under the direct supervision of the Director, you will be involved in the execution and supervision of mandates, from the definition of the process and the drafting of technical documentation through to the negotiation and execution phases. More specifically, you will work on the following tasks:
- Carrying out economic and financial analyses based on the specific features of the economic sector, in order to adapt the financial offering to the client’s constraints;
- Structuring financial models;
- Preparation of marketing documents (Teaser, Information Memorandum and Management Presentation);
- Construction, analysis and presentation of financial statements and business plans reflecting existing or future contractual relationships;
- Management of exchanges with all partners, including potential financial partners, and participation in negotiations;
- Coordination, with other advisers, of all financing processes;
- Coordination of the department’s commercial development;
- Participation in the internal life of the structure.
Your profile:
You have a degree from a leading business school, an engineering degree or a postgraduate degree, ideally in finance with some legal training.
You will have some initial experience (between 1 and 3 years) in Leveraged Finance or Financial Restructuring in a bank or consultancy firm, and be keen to join a young, human-sized team in a dynamic development environment.

- Strong interest in corporate finance, ideally with a minimum of 6 months’ experience in M&A or a closely related field (ECM, private equity or leveraged finance).
- Technical knowledge of modelling and valuation combined with good analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- French mother tongue or bilingual, French being the main working language, both spoken and written. Excellent command of English, given the importance of our cross-border assignments.
- Open-minded candidates with initiative, creativity and team spirit.
- Ability to cope with a heavy workload and time constraints.
