Transfer – Tatuus

Philippe Hottinguer Finance advised Wise Equity and the management of Tatuus Racing spa on the sale of their stake in Tatuus Racing spa to TEC Racing.

Tatuus Racing spa is an Italian designer and manufacturer of single-seated racing cars for the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile and INDYCAR championships. Under the leadership of CEO Giovanni Delfino and President Gianfranco De Bellis supported by Wise Equity, Tatuus managed to quadruple its turnover, achieved through a strong international presence and successful build-up operations.

TEC Racing acquires a majority stake in Tatuus and will continue to support the company in its ongoing growth, with the aim of creating a world-class reference in the racing industry. The management team keeps a minority share of the capital.
