Philippe Hottinguer, is graduated of the Université Paris‑Dauphine and the Northeastern University in Boston, is the founder of the Philippe Hottinguer Group.

A direct descendant of the Hottinguer banking family, Philippe began his career at Banque Hottinguer in Paris before joining Credit Suisse Group.

He leads the Group’s advisory activities and has participated in nearly one hundred advisory transactions throughout his career as an investment banker. His expertise lies in complex capital structuring transactions and financing operations.

Frédéric Boyer

Frédéric Boyer is Chief Financial Officer and Administrative Partner of the Philippe Hottinguer Group in Paris. He began his career in the trading programme of Swiss Bank Corporation–Warburg, where he worked within the Debt Capital Markets teams in London and subsequently in Paris until 1998. He then took responsibility for the financing and treasury activities of an international Canadian media group, supporting its global expansion through multiple mergers and acquisitions. He was also deeply involved in financing transactions, notably syndicated loans, as well as in a dual stock market listing in the United States (NASDAQ) and in Europe (Bourse de Paris).

In 2005, he joined the Philippe Hottinguer Group. In addition to his responsibilities as CFO, Frédéric supports the M&A teams on transactions and on complex capital structuring solutions. He is a graduate of Northeastern University and holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania). He is also a graduate of the Institut Franco‑Américain de Management (IFAM).

Marie-Laure Tuffal Quidet

Marie‑Laure Tuffal‑Quidet has over 25 years of experience within the Crédit Agricole Group (LCL, CACIB and CADIF), where she advised French and international corporate clients on structured financing solutions, occasionally involving tax optimization considerations. She also oversaw and monitored these transactions throughout their lifecycle, including refinancing, renegotiation and restructuring, both out‑of‑court and judicial.

Since 2020, Marie‑Laure has served as Head of Financing at Philippe Hottinguer Finance. She advises companies on financing and capital structuring transactions, addressing their growth, transformation and debt optimization objectives.

Marie‑Laure teaches cash management within Master 267 at Université Paris Dauphine‑PSL. She is also a member of examination panels at Université Paris Dauphine‑PSL and HEC Entrepreneurs. She holds a postgraduate degree (DESS 224) in Financial and Banking Institutions Management from Université Paris Dauphine‑PSL, as well as a Master’s degree in Private and Tax Law from Université Paris Cité.

Victor Thierard, a graduate of emlyon business school, is responsible for the development of commercial activities related to mandate origination and execution at Philippe Hottinguer Finance.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Edmond de Rothschild Asset Management Luxembourg, where he supported investment funds, entrepreneurs and private clients in the launch of investment projects as Head of Client Project Management, before contributing to the business development of the asset servicing platform across the European market.

Victor brings strong expertise in advising clients on strategic initiatives, as well as in building long‑term business networks and partner relationships.

Clémence Marbach

Clémence Marbach, a graduate of emlyon business school, is Head of Deal Execution at Philippe Hottinguer Finance. She advises executives and shareholders on their strategic mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions, acting on behalf of both sellers and investors.

Prior to joining Philippe Hottinguer Finance, Clémence began her career at Atout Capital, where she advised several companies on financing and external growth initiatives, as well as on industrial divestments and market transactions.

With strong expertise in external growth strategies, Clémence primarily operates in industrial sectors, consumer goods and the automotive industry.

Oriane Gillet

Oriane Gillet, holder of an MBA in Corporate Finance from Financia Business School, began her career within the Rebound & Restructuring practice of Banque Thémis. She was primarily involved in corporate financing transactions in amicable restructuring procedures, developing strong expertise in special situations and restructuring matters.

Oriane joined Philippe Hottinguer Finance in September 2023 as a Financing Analyst. She is currently involved in financing and restructuring assignments, and also contributes to M&A transactions, supporting executives and shareholders in their strategic mergers and acquisitions and capital raising initiatives, on both the sell‑side and the investor side.

Sara Brini

Sara Brini, a graduate of emlyon business school, began her career in Transaction Services at Exelmans, where she built solid technical and financial foundations advising high‑growth companies.

Sara joined Philippe Hottinguer Finance as an M&A Analyst, where she is involved in sell‑side, buy‑side and capital raising transactions, primarily across the industrial, services and healthcare sectors.

She supports executives and shareholders in the structuring and execution of strategic upper‑mid‑market transactions.

Andrea Ayadi

Andrea Ayadi

Andrea Ayadi, a graduate of emlyon business school, began his career in M&A at MCF, where he advised on financing, external growth and divestment transactions across an international scope.

Andrea joined Philippe Hottinguer Finance in January 2025. He is involved in sell‑side, buy‑side and capital raising transactions, primarily across the industrial, services and healthcare sectors.
